• No Booking Management: All scheduling, negotiations, and contractual agreements are managed directly between the homeowner and the cleaner.

User Responsibilities

For Homeowners:

• Verify the legitimacy and qualifications of a cleaner before engaging their services.
• Address any disputes or issues directly with the chosen cleaner.
• You may report misconduct or concerns via our platform's reporting tools.

For Cleaners:

• Maintain accurate profiles and ensure the services listed are offered professionally and ethically.
• Deliver services promptly and reliably, aligning with the scope agreed upon with each homeowner.
• Serious misconduct or repeated homeowner complaints may lead to suspension or removal from UKleaner.

Prohibited Activities

All users (homeowners and cleaners) are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Attempting to circumvent or compromise the platform’s security or functionality.

UKleaner serves solely as an intermediary, providing a channel for homeowners and cleaners to connect. We assume no liability for the actions or inactions of either party, nor for the quality or outcome of any cleaning service provided.
